We nurture each other’s professional and artistic growth through member activities such as artist talks, portfolio reviews, workshops, salons, and exhibitions.

/in Events, Member News /by Steve GoldbandDan has won the 2020 Miami Street Photography Festival International Series contest, with 7 images of his Say Their Names series. In their own words their competition is ‘one of the most recognized street photography competitions in the world. This work will also be exhibited in Milan, Italy during Miami’s partner event, Street Photo Milano in May 2021

Steven Raskin in All About Photo Magazine
/in Events, Member News /by Steve GoldbandJuror Sandrine Hermand-Grisel has selected a portfolio by Steven Raskin for the printed exhibition in All About Photo Magazine #13 Shapes. A dozen images from his drone series Hover will be included. With 2 exceptions, they are all abstract views of dry or drying lakebeds (the exceptions being a couple of related desert land formations). Raskin says I think these environments are transformed by seeing them from above, with scale and context removed, into Rorschach-like patterns.
