Mitch Nelles Receives Excellence Award in Black and White Magazine

The six images chosen will be published in their Special Edition Issue #161 which should be coming out in June.

Classic cars meet classic locales, bikes and trains take you past roadside attractions, and even Kerouac makes an appearance. All the while 85 local artists ask the age old question, “Are we there yet?!”

Rusty Weston’s Unnatural World in Three Upcoming Shows

- In July, the image Valley/Building shot just outside of Death Valley, will appear in a group show called Environment at the Glasgow Gallery of Photography, in Scotland.
- In June, Valley/Burn will appear in a show called Landscape Perspectives at Gallery 1137 in Art Works Downtown, in San Rafael, California. The group show was juried by gallerist Kim Eagles-Smith. Please join Rusty at the opening on June 9th, 5-8 p.m.
- In May, Valley/Burn was juried into an online group show called In Sight at the O’Hanlon Center for the Arts in Mill Valley, Ca. The exhibition was curated by Shana Lopes, Assistant Curator of Photography at SF MoMA.

the Griffin Museum’s juried member show. In addition, the piece was awarded an honorable mention by the juror.
The show runs from April 21 – May 28, 2023 at the museum in Winchester, MA.
