Richard Dweck’s photograph The Opposite of Drab was awarded 1st Place in Photography at the Triton Museum’s Statewide 2D Competition. The exhibition is in the Salon at the Triton between June 26 and September 12, 2021 at 1505 Warburton Avenue Santa Clara, CA.
Mitch Nelles will has published 8 images from his San Francisco, Building Resources portfolio in the June 2021, Issue #153, of LensWork Magazine. This works is part of Mitch’s ongoing black and white series focused on this recycling center near Pier 92.
Cindy’s Close to Home is a unique site-specific, photo-based art installation at Redwood City’s Art Kiosk. It’s a narrative on the breadth of man’s relationship with fire, from the comfort of the campfire to the threat of wildfire, a threat we ourselves contribute to.

Ellen and Steve’s diptych Hawkview I and II is being shown in the ARC show in San Francisco 48 Pillars. This show includes a pair of work from each
of 24 artists, working in many media, where each piece is exactly 48 inches tall and 12 inches wide. The opening reception is Saturday February 27 at 7PM on Zoom.
Sheltering in Place
Five images from Mitch Nelles’ “Hoops” series were published in Issue 145, April 2021 of Black and White Magazine as part of their Spotlight Awards contest. The editor’s write-up provides an interesting perspective on Nelles’ love of basketball growing up in New Jersey and some of the shared approaches between the sport and photography.
Two groups of single images from Anthony’s still life series were given Honorable Mentions in the 2020 Budapest International Foto Awards (BIFA).
Dan has won the 2020 Miami Street Photography Festival International Series contest, with 7 images of his Say Their Names series. In their own words their competition is ‘one of the most recognized street photography competitions in the world. This work will also be exhibited in Milan, Italy during Miami’s partner event, Street Photo Milano in May 2021
