Gene Dominique has donated his print “Oakland Skyline” to the 2017 SF Camerawork Auction. There will be over 90 images available to bid on this year. Sandra Phillips, Senior Photography Curator at SFMOMA will do a walk through and talk on a select set of photos at the Preview. Rick Wester, who was Head of Photographs at Christie’s for over a decade will be the auctioneer once again at this year’s Auction.

The Darkroom Gallery in Vermont is celebrating its 99th exhibition and in keeping with the repetitiveness of the numeral nine in 99, the theme of repeating subjects seemed like a good way to mark this milestone.

Join Ari Salomon at the “Sukkah Studio” in the lobby of the Contemporary Jewish Museum on Monday, October 9th from 11am-5pm. He will be the visiting artist for the day showing his work and teaching visitors how to take panoramic photos–and how to think about the unique aspects of the panoramic format.
