Anastasia Shubina & Timofey Glinin at Transmission Gallery
/in Member News /by Neo SerafimidisAnastasia Shubina and Tmiofey Glinin are featured in an artist’s showcase at Transmission Gallery with Entrance to the Void, a pinhole photography series created across the Bay Area, New York, and Boston. Using one of the oldest photographic techniques—capturing images through a tiny pinhole without a lens—the project engages with the ephemeral and the invisible. Through the use of camera obscura, the authors explore both urban and natural environments, revealing their ghostly essence and the transparency of human presence. Pinhole photography renders the visible invisible: silhouettes of people dissolve into shadows, while rays of light emerge and take on form. Entrance to the Void is a visual meditation on the desolation and haunting stillness of American spaces.

Allyson Ely Among Winners of Soho Photo Gallery Portfolio Competition
/in Member News /by Neo SerafimidisAllyson Ely’s project, A Place Out of Time, is one of 4 winners in Soho Photo Gallery’s 2025 International Portfolio Competition. The winners will each have a solo show in the Gallery during 2025, and Allyson’s will be August 20th-Sept. 14th at Soho Photo Gallery. Allyson will also be joining the gallery.
Anthony Delgado Two Week Juried Residency at 360XQMX
/in Member News /by Neo SerafimidisAnthony Delgado has been accepted for the two week Juried Residency at 360XQMX for Dia de los Muertos at Ajijic on Lake Chapala near Guadalajara.
The residency includes travel to a number of smaller towns and venues and occurs around a period of local events – Dia de los Muertos, Procession of the Virgin of the Rosary, and the 3 day Feria Maestros del Arte.
